Due to strong winds, a 15-meter length angsana tree fell on Jalan Curug Raya, RT 04/08, Pondok Kelapa, Duren Sawit, Wednesday (5/23) morning. Luckily it was successfully evacuated by officers of East Jakarta Fire and Rescue Sub-dept.
Vehicles cannot pass. So we immediately evacuate this fallen tree trunk
Based on the information gathered, tree falls after being blown by strong winds.
Gatot Sulaiman, Division Head of East Jakarta Fire and Rescue told that his side got a report at around 6.30 AM. He was then immediately sending six officers of Pondok Kelapa PPSU to evacuate the tree that covered the road.
